* Only for university students, previous presentation of a letter that credits it, properly signed and with the stamp of the address of the relative educational institution.

The inscription fee includes:

Professionals and university students: credential, free entrance to the scientific sessions of the Congress, portfolio with the documentation (Scientific Program, CD-ROM, note pad and pen), certificate of attendance and/or author
Companions: credential, participation in the opening and closing ceremonies, souvenir and social activities.

Payment forms

The payment of the inscription fee will be carried out in Cuba in the moment of the accreditation and will be in CUC (Cuban Convertible Peso), official currency of the country, this can be acquired from your arrival to Cuba in the International Airport “José Martí”, hotels, banks and bureau de change (CADECA), from Euro, Canadian dollar, American dollar, Sterling pounds, Swiss francs and yen, according to the international exchange rate of the day with regard to the American dollar.

In Cuba the credit cards VISA, MASTER CARD, EURO CARD, CABAL are accepted provided the head office is not American.
