Copa Airlines, official airline of the event, offers all participants an special discount on public fares available when reserving at Copa Airlines sales offices in all 64 destinations in 29 countries of South, Central, Northamerica and the Caribbean.
All participants must present a document from the organizing committee of the event in order to get the discount offered by the airline.

Information of Reservation: Call to our offices of phone reservations or contact our local office of sales of Copa Airlines and inform them the date and name of the event. The apropiate discount will be applied when getting your air ticket according to the published fare at the moment of the purchase. Benefits will only be received by the participants of this convention.Note: Present this information as a document that prove your participation.
Restrictions: It doesn’t apply for promotional fares or combined with some other promotion. It doesn’t apply for the purchases by Internet. It is valid for the fees published in the tariff classes : S,I,Q,U,V,B,N,K,H,Y . It is valid to travel from April 17th to May 1st , 2013 only in the flights operated by Copa Airlines (CM) and/or Aero Republic (CM *) in the routes toward Havana, Cuba.
