  • The registration fee must be directly paid at the Registration Office of the Havana International Conference Center, venue of the event, or by bank transfer.
  • Through the International Sales Office of the Havana International Conference Center, if delegate makes the reservation for one of the packages specially prepared for the event, including registration fee. International Sales Department will also provide with on-line payment, with a single transaction, which will guarantee each delegate´s registration, access to all activities of the official program; stay at Palco Hotel (venue hotel), in-out transfer and personalized assistance.

The Cuban Convertible Peso (CUC) is the official circulating currency in the country. It can be obtained upon arrival in Cuba at airports, hotels, conference centers, bank agencies and exchange offices. The exchangeable currencies are Euros, U.S. and Canadian Dollars, Sterling Pounds and Swiss francs, as well as Mexican pesos. The exchange will be according to daily exchange rate and current fees at the time.

Credit cards such as Visa, Cabal and Master Card as long as they are not drawn from an American bank, with the exception of those with agreement with the Cuban Central Bank.
