How to register?

  • By e-mail: you can copy the registration form (in the web site), fill it and send it to the e-mail: allergen2015@finlay.edu.cu

Payment:

  • Preferably, you should carry out the payment through bank transfer, always 15 days before the beginning of the workshop and to communicate it to the Secretary of the Workshop.
  • The Secretary of the Workshop will send you the receipt notification as soon as your transfer enters to our bank account.
  • You can also carry out cash the payment of not being able to carry out the transfer to their arrival to the hotel headquarters and it should be carried out in Euros.
  • Remember that you cannot carry out transfers for Cuba in Banks with North American Capital and neither that they pass through them, if you making it they would confiscate your payment.
  • All transfer positions should be paid by the sender.
  • Remember that the credit letters that are accepted in Cuba cannot be emitted by North American banks.

Delegates, who have problem with bank transfer shall notify the secretariat of the event and will pay cash and will be considered as early registration.

Letter of Invitation:

  • The Organizers will provide a letter of invitation to participants, if requested, to help in obtaining funds or visas.
  • Invitation does not imply any financial support from the Congress Organizing Committee.
