• Preferably, you must do the payment by bank transfer, always 15 days before the beginning of the meeting and you should present the Bank Swift

• All transfer charges must be paid by the sender
• If you wish to do a pre or post-event stay in Cuba, you should inform the travel agency for the arrangement of a new package
• Preferably you should change your money to CUC in the airport
• Please indicate in your corresponding application your date and number of arrival flight to Cuba and your passport number to facilitate the checking express
