• The Organizers will publish in advance, in the meeting’s website, the Scientific Program with Keynote Address of well-known invited speakers and Short Oral Presentations selected from submitted abstracts.
• When sending the abstract, please indicate the Topic in which you would like to be included.
• Preference of Oral and Poster presentations should be clearly indicated.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right of choosing oral presentations.
• The Organizing Committee of Allergen Vaccines and Vaccines Adjuvant 2015 will inform to authors via e-mail about the acceptance of presentations, not later than one month after the reception of the abstract.
• Authors can obtain the abstract submission Form in the web site (Abstract submission Form) fill it and send it by e-mail to (allergen2015@finlay.edu.cu)
• Workshop program will be published on the web site.
• The Workshop program and abstracts will be also included together with the rest of documentation, on site.
• Facilities will be available in the workshop sessions for computer-assisted presentations. You need to bring your presentation on a CD, or on a flash memory using the USB port.
• The dimensions of Posters should be: no more than 80cm x 110cm.
