The registration fees include:

For Delegates: Credentials, the right to participate in the scientific activities, cultural events, farewell dinner and party, participant and/or presenter documentation and certificates.

For accompanying persons:

Credentials, participation in the opening and closing ceremonies, cultural activities, farewell party and souvenirs.

The registration fee must be paid directly to the International Conference Center in Havana at the time of registration.

Cost for pre- -congress courses is $20.00 CUC and includes a certificate of participation and can be paid at the institutions where the courses will be held.
