COMMERCIAL SCIENTIFIC EXHIBITION
Parallel to VIII Cuban Congress of Cardiology Scientific developed a Trade Exhibition (EXPOCARDIOLOGIA 2014) in the main Hall of the Palace of Conventions in Havana in which companies , laboratories, universities , hospitals and specialized firms , both domestic and foreign will have a exceptional to expose and market their equipment, products, technology , medicine and other related materials to the event themed occasion.
The price Interior mounted modular stand is 110.00 CUC per m2, this covers all the exposure period and includes:
· – Mounting stand with white modular panels of 94.8 cm X 2.42 m .
– Participation in all activities of the event
– Electricity consumption up to 500 W
– Credentials according to the reserved space
– Label with the name of the entity
– Cleaning the stand
– Security of the samples after exposure schedule
– Certificate of Participation
– The minimum space to hire is 9 m2 ( 3 x 3 )
If you want to make your own design , the price of unassembled space is 100.00 CUC per m2, this covers the whole period of the exhibition and includes:
· – Electricity consumption up to 500 W
– Participation in all activities of the event
– Credentials according to the square meters contracted
– Cleaning the stand
– Security of the samples after the close of the exhibition
– Certificate of Participation
– The minimum space to hire is 9 m2. ( 3 x 3 m).
National entities not paid in currencies traded in MN , you pay currency market to 50%.
The location in the plane will be in the order of reservations and request the approval of the Organizing Committee .
Hiring facilities for audiovisual, lighting , furniture, ornamental plants etc. will be offered ,as rates on Form Services .
All information regarding prices , rules for participation , conditions for the shipment of goods , customs regulations , etc. . may be obtained through the Department of Fairs and Expositions Convention Palace in Havana.
