The Organizing Committee suggests organize your housing at Blau Marina Varadero Hotel, a beautiful resort located in Varadero, near the Hicacos ecological reserve, where the meeting will be taking place. The Organizing Committee also recommends delegates to arrive in Cuba on June 9th or before, in order to be lodged in Havana at least the night before the transfer to Varadero early in the morning on June 10th.
