Commemorative Scientific symposium for 400 years of friendship between Cuba and Japan

 “Molecular images for brain studies”

 Havana, on July 23, 2014

Dear colleagues and friends:

The friendship that joins the peoples comes out the barriers of the languages and the distances. 400 years ago arrived to Cuban coasts the samurai Hasekura Tsunenaga, from the city of Sendai in Japan, bringing the history and tradition from the land of the rising sun, which is respected and valued by the Cuban people.

The  scientific symposium “Molecular Images for brain studies” 2014, will be  held in Havana on July 23rd sponsored by the CICT, the National Council of Health Scientific Societies, the Cuban Neuroscience Society, the Cuban Oncology Society and the Cuban Imaging Society. This symposium will be devoted to the 400 anniversary of the friendship between Japan and Cuba, and will be the opportunity where distinguished professors and experts from both countries discuss about the state of art of molecular images.
