This fair publishes an official catalogue of exhibitors. Exhibitors have the right to include up to 10 lines of free text; each additional line is charged 5.00 CUC.

Close attention should be given to the information you want to publish, the Organizing Committee is not responsible for mistakes or omissions once the catalogue is printed.

Each exhibitor must provide the following information:

– Full name of the exhibiting company or entity
– Country
– Address
– Telephone
– Fax
– Email
– Web site
– Product line
– Companies represented

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to include advertisements in the catalogue, according to the established rates:

– Color process: 300.00 CUC
– Two colors: 150.00 CUC
– A color: 50.00 CUC

Manuscripts should be sent to the Organizing Committee ready to print in PDF format and into the 16 X 22 cm dimensions. The deadline for submission of this information is 21 days before the opening day of the Fair.
