The Congress registration fee will be paid in Cuba, at the moment of accreditation and in Convertible Cuban Pesos (CUC), which is the official currency in circulation in the country. This currency (CUC) can be acquired when arriving in the country;  in airports, hotels, banks, and money exchange houses (CADECA). It can be exchanged by euro, Canadian dollar, pound sterling, Swiss franc, and the exchange rate will be according to the international current rate in relation with the American dollar. Also, registration fees  can be paid with VISA, CABAL,  EUROCARD or MASTERCARD , as long as the head office is not an American bank.
