Objectives
- Strengthening of the diagnosis and treatment of the infections caused by mycoplasmas in Cuba.
- Normalization and training on laboratory diagnosis using the commercial tests available at the National Microbiology laboratory network.
- Harmonize diagnostic and treatment criteria and updating mycoplasma information among participants.
- Updating the role of mycoplasma in Sexual Transmitted Infections (STIs) and respiratory infections as well as contaminants of biopharmaceutical products.
