Enjoy Cuba´s cultural wealth, its customs, its lovely scenery, and its sunny sparkling beaches.  But, above all, take time to meet its people who, though hard-working, are filled with a contagious joy that will bring you back time and again.

Cuba means sunshine, bright colors, new and intriguing tastes…
It means joy and warmth, beautiful natural attractions and interesting cities.  An island of marked contrasts, Cuba promotes the essence of the human spirit;  it is the very best place for enjoying the Caribbean and the special characteristics of its people, for sharing in their joy.

More than sun and sand, its other natural attractions, its traditions and its music, Cuba is its people and their history  It is the magic of its countryside, cities and seabed.

Cuba has more than 186 miles (300 km) of top-quality fine sandy beaches bathed with warm, calm, clear water, a great plus for all who want beach actions at any time of the year.  It also has more than 4 000 cays that are richly endowed with flora and fauna, including Cayo Largo, in the Los Canarreos Archipielago, south of the main island of Cuba, and Santa María, Ensenachos and other islets in the Jardines del Rey Archipielago, to the north.

It has a fascinating seabed, with many coral reefs, and international marinas on both northern and southern coasts, with the equipment you need for engaging in all kinds of water sports.

The magic of Cuba´s cities can be seen in their many architectural styles, which span five centuries and include colonial, pre-baroque, baroque, neo-Gothic, neoclassical, eclectic, art nouveau, art-deco, modern and postmodern.  Some entrancing cities, such as Trinidad, Cienfuegos and Havana, are museums in themselves, and UNESCO has declared them to be parts of the world cultural heritage.

When you think of Cuba, the product of more than 500 years of racial and cultural mixing -white, black, urban, rural and seafaring- you seem to hear the strains of violins and drums, for history and culture are a living part of its modern essence.
