Associated expo fair

The workshop includes an associated exposition, made for promoting, likening and showing products and technologies related with health services. International, and governmental organizations, enterprises, universities and research centers, among others, might take part in it. For more information, contact M.Sc. In the fair, book´s presentation and presentation of support materials to health programs and projects could be made. It will be held July 28 to ·0, 2016, in the different locations of the Convention Center Melia Varadero Hotel, Cuba

Stand and Space rental

Modular stand for the price of 100.00 cuc per m² for all the time the exposition lasts. It includes:

• Minimal space of 9m^2.
• Power consumption up to 500 w
• White modular panels of 94,8 x 2.42 m
• Credentials according to the contracted space
• Sign with the name of the Firm
• Stand cleaning
• Samples security after the end hour of the event
• Participation in the activities of the event
• Certificates of participation

If you want a free design, the price of the space without mounting is 90.00 cuc per m2 for all the period of the exposition, and it includes

• Minimal space of 9 m²
• Power consumption up to 500w
• Credentials according to the contracted space
• Stand cleaning
• Samples security after the end hour of the event
• Participation in the activities of the event
• Certificates of participation

National enterprises that do not sell their products or services in foreign currencies can pay in national currency; the ones selling them in foreign currencies pay the 50 %.

Location in the plane will be arranged according to the request order and with the Organizing Committee approval.
