Delegates: Participation in the meetings works during 3 days of the Convention with included social lunch, documentation, credential, activity and certificate of assistance and author

Special offer for groups of students:

In case of international students of pre-grade or postgrad (residents) that travel in groups of 5 or more, the price of participation of each one in the Convention (January 23 to January 25) will be 100.00 CUC with the additional right to free participation in 1 (one) pre-convention course of their choice.

They will have to proceed directly with the organizing office presenting the official documentation of their university. An accompanist teacher designated by the corresponding university can form a part of the group.

Participation from outside Cuba:
Email communication with the secretariat of the event for the registration of work. Payment will be made in the accreditation office when you arrive at our institution or by bank transfer to the account of the event.
The registration fee, as well as other payments in Cuba, will be paid in Cuban convertible pesos (CUC), the official currency in the country.
This coin can be obtained on arrival in the country at the airport, hotels, convention centers, banks or exchange houses.
The exchangeable currencies are: Euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, British pounds, Mexican pesos and Swiss francs at the current rate.
Payment can also be made by credit cards VISA, Master Card, CABAL and VISA Electron, whose parent is not a US bank.
You must ask your trip through a travel agency, the location of the hospital is in the Vedado where the hotel is central. The Secretariat of the event can send by e-mail an official document inviting him to participate without assuming financial responsibility.
