The Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to participate in the first national event of therapeutic clowns in Cuba to be heald from September 22^nd to 24^th and deveoted to the population of girls, boys and female and male adolescents with cancer.

This event will provide the opportunity for debate and exchance of experiences and knowledge abot the work of therapeutic clowns, for the purpose of turning this practice into an increasingly effective tool that will increase the quality of medical and health care in our country. In this framework, Mr Pere Mentruit Fanes will be visiting our country for the tenth time. He has provided medical and non-medical resources, in solidarity and humanitarian attitude, to the national program for the control of infant-juvenile cancer, thanks to the support of the Penya Barcelonista Urgellenca plus Ayundamiento of Seo de Urgel in Catalonia, Spain.

Therapeutic clowns, professionals and students from the health sector, the arts and psychology fields in addition to other people interested in these topics, both from Cuba and other nations, may participate in this event.

We are convinced that this will be a great event. The most Caribbean city of Cuba will welcome you with its usual warmth and hospitality. But this time, other ingredients will be added, that is, wide smiles and red noses.
