The Havanatur Travel Agency, as the Official Receptive Agency, puts for your considerations the following offers of tourist services for the celebration at the Pedro Kouri Institute of Tropical Medicine, IPK, at Havana, Cuba of the ii international Course on Integrated Vector Control in the context of emergency and reemergence of zoonotic deseases, between August 18 and 22, 2025.

All of the above prices are public and refer to people per night. They are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include:

  • Reception and assistance at Havana International Airport by Havanatur agency staff.
  • Private transfers from the airport to your selected hotel.
  • Lodging at your selected hotel on a room-and-breakfast plan (CP plan).
  • Private transfers by air-conditioned bus with a specialized Havanatur Agency guide from the Nacional de Cuba, Vedado, Gran Muthu Habana, and Palco hotels to the event’s scientific sessions at the Pedro Kouri Institute of Tropical Medicine (IPK), the event’s venue, during the session days according to the program provided by the organizing committee. At the end of the sessions, return to the aforementioned hotels.
  • Private transfers three hours before your flight’s departure time from the hotels included in this offer to Havana International Airport (you must inform us 72 hours before your flight’s departure time from Cuba).

TRANSPORTATION:

For interested participants who do not take advantage of the above hotel offers and only wish to have daily transportation to course activities, the daily price is 25.00 USD, which includes round-trip transportation from the aforementioned hotels.

OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS:

Reservation requests must be made before Friday, August 15, 2025, and sent to esp3.eventos@havanatur.cu.

Reservations will be confirmed immediately via email upon receipt of the request.

If confirmation is not possible due to lack of availability, other hotel options will be offered.

PAYMENT OF SERVICES:

All services are strictly prepaid according to the client’s request and the services offered by Havanatur.

All payments within the country must be made by credit or debit card; cash payments are not accepted.

PENALTY POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOW:

Cancellations made before Monday, August 4, 2025, will not incur a penalty.

In the case of unforeseen departure from the country, the full stay will be invoiced.

TRAVELER’S INSURANCE.

All passengers must enter Cuba with a valid insurance policy that covers potential medical expenses. The services included in the offer do not include insurance, which must be purchased in the passenger’s country of origin.
