Presentation guidelines

Authors whose abstracts have been assessed and accepted by the Scientific Committee of PSICOSALUD 2020, will be asked to send the full papers before July 20, 2020.

Submission instructions for full papers

  • Papers will have eight pages in length maximum and will be structured as follows: abstract, introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusions and bibliographic references.
  • The paper setting will be on letter (8.5 x 11), 1.5 space between lines, Arial 12, in Word 6.0 or higher, or converted to PDF format with the following specifications:
    • Titiles: center margin, upper case bold-type letters, and no more than 15 words.
    • The authors names will be written three spaces from the title, with their initials, followed by surnames, separated by commas and the full name of the person who will deliver the presentation will be underlined.
    • Next, affiliations should be identified as follows: name of the institution, postal address, city and country, then a telephone number, fax and email address.
  • Images, tables and / or graphics must also be part of the body of the word or PDF document. The document will not exceed 1 Mb. If it is more than 300 Kb, it will be compacted in a multivolume format with a maximum size of 300 Kb.
  • If papers do not meet the given specifications, they will be rejected.

Audiovisual media for presentations in congress rooms:

  • Digital projector
  • Computer

The audiovisual media required for the presentations must be requested in advance to the Scientific Committee.

CDs, DVDs and external storage units that accompany the papers will be delivered by the speakers themselves at the Audiovisual Media Reception Office, 24 hours before their scheduled presentation in the room.

Digital presentations must meet the following requirements:

  • Operating system on Windows.
  • PowerPoint presentations.
  • Presentations on CD, DVD, external storage drives.
  • Presentations compacted with WinZip or Winrar.

Authors who require associated applications or programs should bring their installers.
