Meeting of the Organizing Committee PSICOSALUD 2020
The Organizing Committee of the IX International Conference of Health Psychology (PSICOSALUD 2020) met in Palacio of Conventions in Havana with the purpose of analyzing the preparation of the great event.
The scientific commission chaired by Dr. Justo Reinaldo Fabelo Roche, reported on their achivements so far, on the number of paper abstracts proposed by potential foreign delegates and their correspondence with the topics approved for the event.It was agreed to ratify to the chairs of provincial chapters of the Cuban Society of Health Psychology that the papers by Cuban delegates will be selected, as traditionally, from each chapter analysis in their territory and that will take into consideration the presentations in the provincial scientific meetings. It was confirmed that proposals from Cubans delegates to participate in the congress will only be through the provincial chapters only.
The preliminary result of the invitations sent to world personalities on Health Psychology, whose presence is expected at the congress, was reported.
Information on aspects to be completed was provided on the event website and it was announced that the design of what will be the website of the Cuban Society of Health Psychology is in the process of being completed.
