    Name badge with access to all working sessions of the event, documents (including Program-abstracts book and the CD containing the proceedings of the Convention), participation in social activities, as well as author and\/or attendance certificate<\/p>\n

    • \u00a0Accompanying person:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Name badge, souvenirs<\/i>, participation in social activities, opening and closing ceremonies of the Convention. They will not have access to the working sessions.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0Payment of the registration fee<\/b><\/h2>\n

      Interested people will have the following options to register and pay the registration fee:<\/p>\n

        • \u00a0The registration fee must be directly paid at the Registration Office of the Havana International Conference Center (HICC in Spanish) in Cuban Convertible Pesos (CUC), official circulating currency in the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • \u00a0Through the International Sales Office of the HICC, if delegate books one of the packages specially prepared for the convention, including registration fee. International Sales Office will also provide with on-line payment, with a single transaction, which will guarantee each delegate\u00b4s registration, access to all activities of the official program; stay at Palco Hotel (venue hotel), transfer in out and personalized assistance.             The Cuban Convertible Peso (CUC) is the official circulating currency in the country. It can be obtained upon arrival in Cuba at airports, hotels, conference centers, bank agencies and exchange offices. The exchangeable currencies are Euros, U.S. and Canadian Dollars, Sterling Pounds and Swiss francs, as well as Mexican pesos. The exchange will be according to daily exchange rate and current fees at the time.<\/p>\n

            Credit cards such as Visa, Cabal and Master Card as long as they are not drawn from an American bank.<\/p>\n
