Application for identification (id) Badges

Download here the BADGES APPLICATION FORM and submit or email: katiabatista@palco.cu  (Mrs. Katia Batista Noa), 15 days before the event starts.

The amount of exhibitor ID badges free of charge will correspond with the contracted area.

Up 10 m²:	2 badges
From 12 to m² a 16 m²:	3 badges
From 18  to m² a 30 m²:	4 badges
From 32 m² to 50 m²:	5 badges
From 51 m² to 80 m²:	6 badges
From 81 m² to 100 m²:	8 badges
More than 100 m²:	10 badges

ID badges are personal and non-transferable. The improper use of ID badges empowers the Fair authorities to withdraw them and prohibit the entry of the persons involved.

The loss of the ID badge should be reported to the relevant authorities. It is up to the Organizing Committee to collect or not the new ID badge.

The ID badges and Fair documentation will be delivered only after having made the corresponding payment of the stands.
