Requirements for Authors

Requirements for the presentation of Abstracts
-The text must be written using Word 6.0 or a higher version, with Arial 12 points, one space between the lines, and 8.5 x 11 paper.
-Abstracts cannot have more than 250 words.
-The title must be placed at the beginning of the sheet of paper with capital letters.
-Main authors first and second names, address and e-mail. First and second name of the rest of the authors, and e-mail.
-Country of origin
-Name of the institution
-Topic of the paper
-Audiovisual aids required for the presentation
-Abstract: title, key words, main author and others, objectives, methods and conclusions
-Modality of presentation: free topic, poster, video

Deadline for the submission of abstracts:
September 15, 2016

Audiovisual aids:
The audiovisual aids required for the presentation must be included in the registration form.
They must meet the following specifications:
-35 mm slides projector
-Video (CD, DVD)
-Slide projector
-Data projector
-Computer

Digital presentations in PC must meet the following specifications:
-Windows Operative System
-Power Point Presentation

Presentations in CD, Diskettes 3.5, Hardware for Iomega Zip of 100mb
Compressed presentations with the following applications:
-WinZip version 8.0 (or a lower version)
-Winrar version 2.5(or a lower version)
-Arj

Design images presentations in Corel 9 or higher.
A USB memory can be used.
Applications needing associated programs should come with their corresponding installations (QuickTime, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
